This wildflower honey has been aged in bourbon barrels from the St. Augustine Distillery. After letting the honey rest, we add their Florida Straight Bourbon. That’s right, there’s bourbon in this honey. The warm notes of toffee, cinnamon, and dark cocoa from the bourbon makes this honey a delicious treat drizzled over some ice cream.
