Haro Glass & Mirror Works was founded in 1954 by Henry Haro, Jr. in a backyard garage doing general glazing. Two years later his father Henry Haro, Sr. left his position at a stained glass shop to join his son and expand the business. Through their hard work, they were able to buy their first shop on Florida Avenue in 1963.
