Applications are now open for the Florida Seal of Biliteracy diploma designation. The Florida Seal of Biliteracy recognizes and awards a graduating high school senior who has received a high level of competency in the four language domains: listening, speaking, reading, and writing, in one or more foreign languages, as well as English.
