The Florida Cracker Trading Company is more than a Lifestyle Brand its a way of Life. Starting with just an idea in 2001, Florida Cracker came to life in 2012. Two brothers Blair & Ethan Hensley opened Florida Cracker Kitchen in Brooksville, Florida. It was soon after the Taproom and Florida Cracker Trading Company were in business too.
