Dr. Phillips is an alumna of Florida Atlantic University. She began her journey in 2009 by earning a Master’s degree in Nursing. In 2014, she furthered her expertise in women’s health by pursuing a Post-Masters degree in Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University and completed her Doctorate from F.A.U. in 2023.
