The Northwood CDD was created by the Uniform Community Development District Act of 1980, Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, as amended (the “Act”) and created by ordinance of Pasco County as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
