Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 1978 and his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 1981. He became a member of the Florida Bar in 1981 and is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United State District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
