About Michael. Michael Zalewa is a Psychotherapist licensed under Chapter 491 of the Florida Statutes. He was awarded a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling in 1998 from Nova Southeastern University and currently holds the designation of a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (#MH 5840) awarded by Florida’s Department of Health in December of 1999.
