Visitor options include day passes priced at $41 to $43 with rental gear for most guests and $37.75 for military, first responders, healthcare workers, and educators. The gym also offers memberships, punch cards, and rental equipment. All visitors must complete a facility waiver valid for 12 months and receive staff orientation before climbing.
Educational offerings include top rope belay certification, lead climbing and belaying courses for ages 14 and up, and youth programs for ages 7 to 17. The gym also provides private instruction, guided climbing sessions, and specialty training on the Kilter Board and campus board. It hosts birthday parties, field trips, and team-building events, and operates a gear shop where climbing equipment can be purchased online for in-gym pickup.
The facility maintains strict safety protocols, including prohibitions on free soloing above marked heights and limiting belay instruction to certified staff. It can be reached at (305) 233-6623. The gym is currently accepting hurricane relief supply donations and booking summer camp field trips for the Miami community.
