Youth Sports Training Facility – The Rock
Located at 1708 W. Cypress Street in Tampa, Florida, The Rock is a developmental sports gym and batting cages facility that combines movement programs for young children with baseball and softball training. Youth movement programs run from infancy through age 12 and are organized by age group. The facility was founded by Danielle Osbrach, an elementary educator and fitness instructor, and Jason Romano, a former MLB player who now works as an agent, trainer, and coach. Its programming is guided by research-based physical education principles drawn from that combined background.
Membership and scheduling options are flexible, with class packs, drop-in classes, and memberships available for individuals and teams.
