Bricks & Bowls is a superfood-centric, chef-crafted, scratch-made food concept operated by Ghost Kitchen Orlando in the Winter Park area. The menu spans several categories, including bricks, bowls, focaccia pizza at select locations, combos, sides, soup, and desserts, with an emphasis on fresh, made-from-scratch preparation.
The company currently operates two physical locations in the Winter Park area, one at 331 S. Park Ave. and another at 2005 Mizell Ave, Suite 1100. A third location inside Orlando International Airport in Terminal B is announced as coming soon. Customers can place orders through the company’s online system at order.bricksandbowls.com, and nutrition information is listed on the site as coming soon.
Catering is a core part of the business, serving groups from 10 to more than 1,000 people with pricing that starts at 8.25 dollars per person. Catering options include boxed lunches, sandwich trays, party platters, and crafted bowls, and the company asks for just 24 hours notice to fulfill orders. This range allows the concept to support both individual diners and large corporate or community events across the Orlando and Winter Park area.
The leadership team includes co-founders Johnny Nartowicz as Owner, Jay Nartowicz as Chief Culinary Officer, Julie Nartowicz as Managing Member, and Colton O’Dwyer as Chief Marketing Officer. Jay Nartowicz brings an extensive culinary background that includes work with major operators such as Walt Disney World and Darden Restaurants, and he founded Nartowicz International Culinary Consulting, LLC in 2002.
