The Naples Airport Authority, formally the City of Naples Airport Authority, operates Naples Airport (APF), a general aviation facility located at 160 Aviation Drive North, Naples, FL 34104. Established in 1969, the airport recently celebrated 50 years of operations and sits minutes from the Gulf of Mexico, downtown Naples, and Interstate 75. It accommodates more than 100,000 general aviation takeoffs and landings each year and provides U.S. Customs clearing for international arrivals.

The facility hosts multiple aviation businesses, including sightseeing tours, air charter operators, and flight schools. Naples Aviation serves as the airport’s full-service fixed base operator, offering fueling services. Full-service fueling is available between 9:30 PM and 6:00 AM, while self-service fueling is available at any time, seven days a week. According to the airport’s economic impact study, the facility generates $780 million in annual economic impact for the region. Recent developments include new flight procedures implemented to enhance safety and reduce noise for surrounding communities.

The Authority is governed by a Board of Commissioners and publishes online resources for the public, including flight tracking, a noise comment submission tool, current fuel pricing, online reservations, and meeting agendas. A 2026 survey indicated that 8 in 10 community members favor potential commercial airline service, following a letter of intent from American Airlines, reflecting ongoing community discussion about the airport’s future role.
