Fitness Center – Lake Nona Performance Club
Lake Nona Performance Club is a comprehensive fitness and wellness facility at 6775 Chopra Terrace in the Lake Nona Town Center in Orlando, Florida. Positioned as more than just a gym, it operates as an integrated fitness, sports, and wellness center focused on whole person health and supported by exercise scientists and dietitians.
Base membership includes more than 150 exercise machines, over 100 group classes, three pools, two courts, an indoor track, and turf space. Amenities feature equipment from Technogym, self-service recovery rooms, and a cold plunge facility. The club offers 18 distinct programs, including LNPC Academy, aquatics and learn-to-swim instruction, personal training, group exercise classes through LES MILLS, and a mind-body zone. Specialized programs include the ROX climbing gym, EDGE sports performance training, Precision Rx, InClubGolf, and Hughston Clinic Orthopaedics.
Additional offerings include The Spa at LNPC, youth and teen programs with childcare services, workplace wellness initiatives, and recovery-focused services. The facility uses a Performer Profile assessment system to help members identify an appropriate starting point for their fitness program, and it provides flex passes, rewards programs, dietitian consultations, and educational conferences. Operating hours are Monday through Friday from 5am to 11pm and Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 7pm, with specialized hours for the ROX and aquatics facilities.
